By subscribing to or using KlockinTeam ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read carefully before purchasing a subscription. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Greg Martins Oji MD Inc ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of KlockinTeam software and services.

4.1 Free Trial

New companies receive a 90-day free trial with premium-gated features enabled in the apps for the duration of the trial, subject to the product’s trial logic. When the trial end date passes and there is no active paid subscription, the company account is treated as on the free plan in the product until you subscribe.

4.2 Subscription Tiers

We offer paid subscription tiers based on the maximum number of employee accounts (“seats”) your company selects at checkout. Published prices in the app and on our website at the time of purchase apply. As of the Last Updated date above, list pricing is structured approximately as follows (taxes may be extra):

4.3 Subscribing and Paying

New paid subscriptions and Stripe card checkout are completed through the web version of KlockinTeam (the mobile apps may instruct you to use the website to finish payment). Administrators can review subscription status, change plans where permitted, and initiate cancellation from the subscription area in the app when that screen is available on their platform.

4.4 Billing Cycles

Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. Annual billing is offered at a lower effective rate than twelve separate monthly payments (the exact savings percentage may vary slightly with rounding).

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewals.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Authorization

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize KlockinTeam to charge your designated payment method for:

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) using the payment method on file. You will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.

5.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Your payment data is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

5.4 Failed Payments

If a renewal or subscription charge fails, Stripe may automatically retry according to its rules and our configuration. Your access to premium features may be suspended or your subscription may end or be treated as on the free tier until a successful charge. You should keep your billing email current and contact support@klockinteam.com if you need help restoring access after a failed payment.

6. Subscription Changes

6.1 Upgrades

You may upgrade your subscription (for example, to a higher seat tier or from monthly to annual) when the product allows it. Billing changes are processed through Stripe; charges may include immediate or prorated amounts depending on Stripe’s subscription settings at the time of the change.

6.2 Downgrades

You may downgrade to a lower paid tier only when your active user count is within that tier’s seat maximum (see User Count and Plan Limits). Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing cycle.

Some companies may have promotional or manually granted subscriptions; when the apps show that billing changes are not available for your account, self-service downgrade or upgrade paths may be disabled until you contact support.

6.3 User Count and Plan Limits

Each paid tier includes a maximum number of employee accounts (“seats”). If you are at your plan’s seat limit, you cannot add more users until you upgrade to a tier with a higher maximum or remove users from your company account.

If you choose a lower paid tier with fewer seats, you must first reduce your active user count to that tier’s limit (or below). The service does not allow that plan change until your user count complies; you cannot complete a downgrade while you are over the new tier’s seat maximum.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 Cancellation Policy

Company administrators may cancel a paid subscription from the subscription management area in KlockinTeam. The product applies cancellation based on how long you have been on the paid plan:

Some payment-method or plan changes may only be available on the web version of the Service when the apps indicate that checkout must be completed in a browser.

7.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions counted from the subscription start date stored for your company. When you cancel inside that window using the in-app cancellation flow, the Service requests a full refund through Stripe where supported; credits typically appear on your original payment method on a banking timeline (often on the order of several business days). You may also contact support@klockinteam.com if you believe a refund was not applied correctly.

Note: Renewal charges after the initial purchase window are not covered by this guarantee, but you may cancel before the next renewal to avoid future charges as described in Section 7.1.

7.3 Effect of Cancellation or Non-Payment

When your paid subscription ends (including after cancellation takes effect or after non-payment causes premium access to end), the company account is treated as on the free plan in the product:

8.1 Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your company data, including employee information, timesheets, and reports. We claim no ownership of your data.

8.2 Data Retention

How long we keep categories of data (including during and after an active subscription) is described in our Privacy Policy. Certain payroll-related records may be kept for extended periods where required by law.

Your use of KlockinTeam is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Service Availability

9.1 Availability

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation. Outages, maintenance, updates, or failures of third parties (including hosting, DNS, or payment providers) may affect availability.

9.2 Scheduled Maintenance

We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. Critical security updates may be applied without notice.

10. Feature Availability

10.1 Premium-Gated Features (as enforced in the apps)

The following capabilities are gated behind a premium subscription check in the KlockinTeam clients (trial users receive premium access during an active trial):

On the free plan you may use core timekeeping and navigation that the apps do not block for non-premium users, including basic clock in/out without GPS verification (as implemented on your platform), viewing timesheets where available, and other screens that are not behind the premium checks described above. Specific menus may change as we update the product.

You may use KlockinTeam only for lawful business purposes including employee time tracking, payroll management, and workforce scheduling.

KlockinTeam, including all software, content, trademarks, and branding, is the exclusive property of Greg Martins Oji MD Inc. These Terms grant you a limited license to use the Service but do not transfer any ownership rights.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREG MARTINS OJI MD INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

We provide customer support via email at support@klockinteam.com. Response times are not guaranteed and depend on volume, complexity, and plan; we do not commit to specific hour-by-hour SLAs in these Terms.

We reserve the right to:

20. Account Termination

20.1 Termination by Customer

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through the subscription management page or contacting support.

20.2 Termination by Company

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

21. Data Export

Depending on your plan and the screens available to your role, you may be able to export or print data (for example through report or print flows in the app). Many detailed report exports are premium-gated as described in Section 10. After cancellation, our retention and deletion practices are described in the Privacy Policy; contact support@klockinteam.com for export or deletion requests.

22. Dispute Resolution

22.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal dispute resolution, please contact us at support@klockinteam.com to attempt to resolve the issue informally.

22.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

22.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.

23. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

24. Limitation Period

Any claim or cause of action arising from these Terms or the Service must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose, or it will be permanently barred.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and Greg Martins Oji MD Inc regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

27. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via:
