This page describes how to request permanent deletion of your KlockinTeam account and personal data. It is the public URL we provide for app store data-deletion requirements (for example Google Play).
Not the same as “Remove from team” in your company’s admin panel. If your employer removes you from their KlockinTeam user list, you lose access to that company only. Your timesheet and payroll-related records may be kept by the employer for legal and tax reasons. That action does not delete your login or all personal data everywhere.
To permanently expunge your data, email support@klockinteam.com from the address on your account. We verify your identity, then delete or anonymize data as described below.
Company owners or authorized administrators may request deletion of an entire workspace; include the company name and confirm you are authorized.
Depending on your role and situation, we permanently delete or anonymize:
Some records may be retained where required by law, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or active disputes. Where retention is required, we limit data to what is necessary and de-identify when possible.
To delete specific items (for example certain timesheet notes) without full account deletion, email support@klockinteam.com with details. We will confirm what can be removed under applicable law.
